What are the documents that i will need to provide? 

For claimant, 

  • Identification card & Driving license 
  • Police Report & Statement of Accident 
  • If you or your passenger sustained any injuries, a medical certificates to show that you are unfit for work, medical receipts. 
  • Photographs of your own vehicle and third party (on-site photos)
  • In-car camera videos 

For third party, 

  • Identification card & Driving license 
  • Contact number


How long does the repair takes? 

It depends on how crucial the damage is. On average it will take around 1-2 weeks or more. 


Will i have to bear the cost for the repairs and law firm? 

No. If you are not at fault, the repairs and legal fees will be directed towards the third party insurance who you are claiming from.


How long does it take to process the claims? 

It depends on the insurance agent. Due to a high volume of cases, it might take a weeks or months to close the case. 


I am a private hire, due to the accident, i was given 3 days MC. During this period, i am not allowed to work. This is affecting my income, how do i go about with this? 

After we obtain the medical report from your GP to confirm your injuries, we will then submit for loss of income that will be reimburse to you. 


I am a private hire, my vehicle got damaged and now in workshop. Is there any way that i can get a replacement car? 

Yes, over here we provide a replacement car while your vehicle is in repair.
